J Schwan is the Founder and President of Solstice Consulting as well as Solstice's product development studio, Bottega Sol. J has over 15 years of experience architecting and managing mission-critical initiatives for world-renowned enterprises. Under his leadership, Solstice has lead the industry in helping enterprises understand, embrace and adapt to emerging technologies. In addition to helping his teams build great products for Solstice's customers, J enjoys speaking about emerging technology topics at many educational institutions, technology conferences and focus groups.  J enjoys playing tennis and golf, but gets most of his exercise chasing around his 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son.

Kelly Manthey is an accomplished management consulting professional for both technology and business process driven projects. Kelly has been recognized by her clients and peers for her effective business and technical leadership. Kelly has over a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 clients to develop both technology and business process based solutions.  As Vice President, Kelly is responsible for oversight of company operations and key managed services engagements.  Kelly was born and raised in Cleveland OH and is an avid supporter of the Indians and Browns.

Eric is a Senior Consultant who has been a part of Solstice since 2008. He has over 10 years of experience developed within the Financial and Technology industries where he has excelled in project management and business process design and analysis. Clients appreciate his problem solving ability and the way he can work, and collaborate, with individuals across an organization. Eric's first job after graduating from the University of Illinois was as a Certified Flight Instructor.

Dave is the Agile Transformation practice leader for Solstice. He has more than 20 years' experience in project leadership in a variety of industries, including publishing, finance, and non-profit organizations. His background as a software development manager and database administrator spans the areas of content and digital rights management, digital & print publishing, financial services analysis & reporting, customer account management, and investment research. Dave is so passionate about applying Agile across all aspects of life, he even used it to help his family prep to host Christmas. He is a very engaging public speaker, owing to his past experience in improvisation on stage.

Peter specializes in Identity and Access Management having led the IAM practice at The Northern Trust Company and contributing to the Identity Provisioning implementation at Western Union. Peter held numerous technology positions prior to entering the consulting field, including Portal Product Development Manager and Sr. Technical Architect. Peter has fifteen years technology experience in the Financial Industry and is driven to solve problems and find creative solutions. Peter enjoys world cup soccer, playing golf, and making his daughter laugh.

Gregg is an Engagement Manager focused on enterprise mobile technologies with global clients spanning such industries as financial services, media and entertainment, manufacturing and non-for-profits.  His passion is in leading high performance teams to build and implement solutions leveraging emerging technologies such as mobile, cloud, enterprise 2.0 and social media.  Previous projects include experience in strategic consulting, technology architecture, project management and agile development.  Outside of work, Gregg loves family fun time, sports, tech gadgets and coffee.

In her free time, Kelly is an active participant in Chicago's Dance Marathon charity organization and is an avid runner. Kelly’s most recent addition to her bucket list is to bike across the country.

Matt is a Business Analyst at Solstice Consulting, specializing in Microsoft SharePoint.  As a SharePoint Analyst, Matt plays a pivotal role in defining strategies and crafting solutions in the SharePoint collaboration environment.  Using his analytic and problem solving skills, Matt effectively leverages the SharePoint platform and its capabilities to meet the requirements of the enterprise and users.  As a recent graduate of the Tippie College of Business at the Univeristy of Iowa, earning Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems, Matt is eager to strengthen his professional skills and broaden his technology and business knowledge.  In his free time, Matt enjoys attending concerts and Chicago sporting events, training for the Chicago Marathon, and spending time with his friends and family.

Jon is a recent graduate at the University Of Iowa with a BBA specialized in Management Information Systems. Jon is very driven and enjoys learning about the newest technologies. Jon is currently working with one of our successful clients as a web developer. Jon's technical background includes .NET , ASP.Net, Windows 7 Phone, and SharePoint. Peggy is the Operations Manager at Solstice. After graduating from NIU with her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management, she went on to work as a construction accountant for 6 years. She is currently focusing on her MBA with a concentration in accounting. Peggy is very passionate about volunteering and has been an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s Chicago chapter since November 2009. She also loves to cook, and is a big supporter of the Chicago Food Truck Movement.

Minna is an experienced web producer, working over 10 years in the industry in a variety of roles including graphic design, information architecture, middleware scripting and database development. She is also at the forefront of mobile web and application user interface design and manages the Product Development Team at Solstice. She has a long-standing passion (or some might say, addiction) to video games and enjoys spending time playing with her two sons.

Nikhil is a lead developer on the Product Development Team at Solstice. As a software engineer, Nikhil has worked on a variety of industry projects in different domains.  Nikhil is currently working as a mobile app developer and also has a strong background in Java and .NET technologies. He likes to play cricket, watch movies and direct short films in his free time.

Sampath is a developer on the product development team at Solstice. He is a versatile and passionate developer with a unique combination of Object Oriented Programming, scripting and graphic design skills. Sampath specializes in iOS, Android, Java, .NET and Mobile Web applications. In his spare time he likes to listen to music and play tennis.

Sujan is a developer on the Product Development team at Solstice. He has experience working with iOS, Java, .NET technologies, Databases, Business Intelligence Services (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS) and graphic design, which shows his interest and flexibility to learn new technologies and new things. His wide range of interests include playing cricket, tennis, volleyball, games on Xbox and PS3, carroms, badminton and he loves traveling.

Travis is a recent graduate from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance. He has a strong financial, leadership, and entrepreneurial background, and honed his analytical skills as an accountant working on the University of Iowa's multi-million dollar campus capital plan. Travis also helped start a successful event production company focused on multi-sport races. Travis is eager to continue to put his skill-sets to the test and continue to expand his business and technology knowledge and experience. In his free time, Travis enjoys practicing his guitar, working out, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
