How rich does your app's user experience/graphical user interface need to be? Enter 1 for a lower fidelity experience (i.e. simple workflow/productivity applications), 2 for a richer experience or 3 for native, animation-heavy experience
Does your app need to support a disconnected/offline state? Enter 1 for no disconnected state support needed, 2 for offline content needed, 3 for disconnected transaction support needed
Does your app need access to the phone's hardware or other APIs (i.e. camera, microphone, accelerometer, compass, etc)? Enter 1 for no hardware access needed (outside of the GPS), 2 for one additional hardware feature needed, 3 for multiple hardware features needed.
Is this app a mobile version of an existing web application? Enter 1 for no existing web app written, 2 for partial app functionality available in a web app, 3 if fully functional web app already already out there.
Does your app need to be in the app store(s)? Enter 1 for no app store exposure needed, 2 for app store exposure necessary for distribution/marketing, 3 for monetization (i.e. app purchases and in app purchases)
Does your firm currently have a strategic alignment to a cross-platform technology (i.e. Adobe Flex) or with an ERPs chosen MEAP? 1 if no MEAP/Cross Platform skills/needs in house, 2 if partial investment in MEAP/Cross Platform tech exists, 3 if heavy investment in Cross Platform language/MEAP vendor
How many platforms does your app need to support? 1 for one platform needed (i.e. just iOS), 2 for two platforms (i.e. iOS and Android) 3 for multiple platforms
